// FAQ
> How do I restore my Premium purchase?
Open Settings → Premium in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Premium.
> iCloud sync isn't working
- Premium required for iCloud sync
- Check iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud — iCloud Drive must be on
- Confirm 1 Bit Log is enabled in the iCloud app list
- Force-quit the app and reopen — sync runs on launch
- Still stuck? Email us with your iOS version
> I forgot my app password
The optional password lock uses on-device storage. We cannot recover it. If you forgot it, you'll need to delete the app and reinstall (this will erase local data; iCloud-synced entries can be recovered after re-enabling sync).
> How do I export my mood data and journal entries?
Open Settings → Export. You can export as:
- PDF — for printing or sharing a summary
- Markdown — for backup or moving to another app
Export runs locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
> My mood reminders aren't appearing
- Check iOS Settings → Notifications → 1 Bit Log — allow notifications
- In the app: Settings → Reminders — confirm time is set and toggle is on
- Focus mode or Do Not Disturb can suppress reminders
> How do I delete all my data?
Two options:
- Inside the app: Settings → Advanced → Delete All Data
- Full uninstall: Delete the app from your home screen. This removes all local data. If you used iCloud sync, your entries remain in iCloud until you delete them from Settings → iCloud → Manage Storage → 1 Bit Log.
